Mr. Jaib Singh Dhanda is a disciplined and experienced professional who served in the Indian Army for 16 years with dedication and commitment to the nation. He is a graduate in Arts and carries the values of integrity, leadership, teamwork and responsibility developed during his distinguished Army service.

After retiring from the Indian Army, he entered the business sector and has been working as an Active Partner in M/s Vandan Enterprises since 2006.

Infrastructure and engineering experience

The company is engaged in the execution of various infrastructure and engineering works, including:

• Building construction
• Road works
• Water-supply projects
• Public-health engineering works
• Air-conditioning plants
• Solar power plants
• Supply and execution of works for the Military Engineer Services (MES)

With extensive experience in defence-related contracts, infrastructure development and solar-energy projects, Mr. Dhanda has developed a strong understanding of business operations, government contracting and the challenges faced by contractors and taxpayers.

As the National Secretary of the National GST Association (NGSTA), he is committed to protecting taxpayers’ interests, promoting GST awareness and providing a common platform for traders, contractors, professionals and business owners. His objective is to strengthen the Association through transparency, unity and dedicated service to its members.

Megha Rupesh Deshaware is an MA graduate and an experienced business professional with practical expertise in business management, Government and Semi-Government and private work contracting, administration, coordination, and client relations.

She is the Owner of M/s 24/7 Maintenance Wala, a business registered in 2018 and engaged in Government and Semi-Government contracts. Over the years, she has developed strong practical experience in managing business operations, administration, contract-related activities, client coordination, team management, and day-to-day organizational responsibilities.

During her professional journey, she also had the opportunity to serve as a Director of Sunbud Multiventures Pvt. Ltd. from 2021 to 2024. In this role, she gained valuable experience in business management, contract execution, team coordination, organizational operations, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making.

Mr. Datta B. Bhanuse

Mr. Datta B. Bhanuse is an experienced accounting and indirect taxation professional with a career spanning several decades. He began his professional journey as an Accountant in 1996 and progressed to the position of Senior Accountant in 2001.

Over the years, he has developed extensive practical experience in indirect taxation consultancy, with a strong understanding of GST, Central Excise, Service Tax and related taxation matters.

Mr. Nazir K. Shaikh

Advocate | Indirect Tax Consultant | Former Assistant Commissioner

Mr. Nazir K. Shaikh has extensive experience in indirect taxation and tax administration. He joined the Central Excise and Customs Department, Mumbai, on 5 October 1978 and was promoted to Superintendent on 5 October 1996.

During his distinguished departmental career, he subsequently served as Assistant Commissioner and gained extensive experience in the administration and implementation of indirect tax laws. He retired from service on 31 May 2015 after approximately 37 years of service.

Following his retirement, he has continued contributing to the field as an Advocate and Indirect Tax Consultant.

Solar Energy Entrepreneur | Defence & Shipping Background

Mrs. Damyanti Punia is a solar and renewable-energy entrepreneur with practical experience in business operations, project coordination and customer relationships. She serves as Director of Anant Amar Solartec Pvt. Ltd. and is actively associated with initiatives in the solar-energy sector.

Her professional journey is strongly influenced by a background rooted in discipline, service and maritime experience. Her late husband served in the Indian Navy and subsequently worked in the Merchant Navy as a Captain.

Through her business and professional activities, she has developed experience in project coordination, business management, customer interaction and organizational responsibilities.

As an Active Core Committee Member of the National GST Association (NGSTA), Mrs. Punia supports the Association’s efforts towards taxpayer awareness, professional collaboration, GST knowledge and member engagement.
