Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
and must provide true, accurate, and complete information during
registration. NGSTA reserves the right to suspend or revoke
membership where fraudulent, forged, or misleading information
is submitted.

Membership Validity: Membership remains valid for one (1) year from the date of registration and approval, unless suspended or revoked earlier under applicable association rules.

Pay Registration Fee
Review the applicable membership fee and complete payment through the configured secure payment gateway.

Server-Verified Approval
The payment transaction is validated securely on the server. Browser-side success messages alone are not treated as payment confirmation.

Member ID Generated
After successful payment verification and approval, a unique sequence-based Member ID is assigned.

Certificate Available Immediately
Your personalized digital Certificate of Membership is generated and made available for download.
Registration Fee
Transparent Membership Fee
The applicable membership / registration fee will be clearly displayed on the registration or payment page before the applicant completes payment.
Membership fees may be revised periodically by the National GST Association in accordance with decisions of the governing committee.
Important: Membership fees are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once membership credentials have been successfully generated, subject only to the limited technical-failure and duplicate-payment exceptions described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

One-Year Membership Validity
NGSTA membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration and approval.
The Member ID and Certificate of Membership represent the member’s association status for the applicable membership period.
Members may renew their membership in accordance with the renewal process and applicable fee communicated by NGSTA.

Membership credentials are generated only after successful server-side payment verification.
Each approved member receives:

By applying for NGSTA membership, the applicant agrees to maintain accurate information and use association credentials responsibly.
Professional Conduct
Maintain professional and ethical conduct while participating in NGSTA activities, communications, and member initiatives.
Responsible Credential Use
Use the NGSTA name, logo, Member ID, and Certificate of Membership responsibly and never alter, forge, manipulate, or misuse membership credentials.
Applicants and members are required to comply with the NGSTA Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. NGSTA reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership in cases involving fraudulent information, credential misuse, serious professional misconduct, or violation of association policies.
